We do not own, operate, control, or manage Third-Party Venues or Third-Party Services featured on the Site.

We do not endorse, control, supervise, or assume responsibility for Third-Party Venues or Third-Party Services and are not responsible for their content, operations, policies, products, or services.

Your interactions with Third-Party Venues are solely between you and the third party.

Some listings or content may contain affiliate links or sponsored placements. We may earn a commission or other benefit if you make a purchase, book a reservation, or engage with a linked service.

We aim to clearly disclose sponsored or affiliate content, but not all references may be individually labeled.

6. User Accounts (If Applicable)

C. Our Rights

We may remove, edit, or restrict User Content at our discretion.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful or harmful purposes;
• Scrape, spider, crawl, or data-mine the Site;
• Use bots or automation without written permission;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access backend code;
• Interfere with Site performance or security;

If liability is found despite these Terms, our total liability will not exceed:

• The amount you paid us in the last 12 months,

whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date and take effect 30 days after posting.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Maryland law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Maryland.
