How do I get my photo carousel set up on the Starter plan?
After submitting your application, simply email us your photos at hello@findfavs.com and we'll add your carousel within 48 hours. We recommend 3–5 portrait-orientation photos that showcase your food, drinks, or atmosphere.
What happens after 3 months?
We'll reach out before your listing expires to discuss renewal. There's no automatic charge — it's entirely your choice to continue.
Can multiple restaurants be featured on the same page?
Yes — all featured listings appear together in the Featured section above regular results. Every sponsor gets equal visibility through random rotation — the order of featured cards changes with each visit, so no single restaurant is always first or last.
What's included in the Reel shoot?
Our team visits your restaurant, films your food, atmosphere, and vibe, and produces a short-form video posted to the FindFavs Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. All filming and editing is handled by us — you just need to be open. During the shoot we also capture photos for your featured card carousel — so you don't need to provide anything. Starter plan sponsors also get a photo carousel by sending their own photos to hello@findfavs.com after signing up, which we'll add within 48 hours. You'll also receive an Instagram collab invite so you can reshare the Reel directly to your own followers. Every Reel is guaranteed to reach 3,000+ combined views across all three platforms within 90 days.
What is the Homepage Spotlight?
The FindFavs homepage has a rotating "Featured by Find Favs" section that highlights one restaurant at a time. Premium + Reel sponsors get a slot in this rotation for the full duration of their 3-month plan — visible to every visitor on findfavs.com at no extra charge.
Can I update my photo or details after going live?
Yes — email us at hello@findfavs.com and we'll make changes within 48 hours.
How do I pay?
After we receive your application we'll send a payment link via email. We accept all major credit cards.
Is there a refund policy?
