Common questions
What's included in the Basic Listing ($50)?
A listing in the Find Favs DC/MD/VA directory with your photo, website link, Instagram link, reservation link, directions, and a description written by our team. Your listing is searchable by cuisine, area, and vibe, and goes live within 48 hours. Not included: social media posts, filming, or event promotion.
What's included in Event Promotion ($75)?
One Instagram feed post promoting your event, 3 Instagram Stories — announcement the week of, day-before reminder, and day-of — one TikTok post, and your event added to the Find Favs Events page with your photo, date, description, and ticket or RSVP link, live until your event date. Not included: filmed content, a directory listing, or a photo carousel. You'll need to provide your event details, a photo or graphic, and your ticket link.
What's included in The Find Favs Feature ($299)?
Everything in the Basic Listing, plus four pieces of content from a single visit: an Instagram Reel filmed at your venue, a TikTok version recut and captioned for TikTok search, an Instagram carousel of 6–8 edited frames with a written caption, and an Instagram story sequence of 4–6 frames on the day. You also get an Instagram collab invite so you can reshare the Reel to your own followers, and everything we make is yours to repost on your own channels. Not included: raw or unedited footage (available separately — email us) and event promotion.
Can I combine packages?
Yes. You can book a Basic Listing and add Event Promotion for an upcoming event, or book a Feature and promote an event separately. Each is priced independently — just tell us in the form what you're looking for and we'll put it together.
Do you work with more than one location?
Yes. The Feature is priced per location, so a group or franchise can book as many as makes sense. Tell us how many you're thinking about in the form and we'll come back with a plan.
What do I need to provide?
For the Basic Listing: your business name, area, cuisine or type, website, Instagram, and reservation link. You're welcome to write your own description, or we'll write one designed to turn browsers into visitors. For Event Promotion: event name, date, time, location, description, ticket or RSVP link, and a photo or graphic. For the Feature: just be open. We handle all filming and editing, and you don't need to prepare anything special.
When does my content go live?
Basic Listing: within 48 hours of payment. Event Promotion: before your event — submit as early as possible so we have time to build awareness. Feature: typically within a few days of filming. If you'd like to preview before it goes live, just ask.
Can we use the content ourselves?
Yes. Everything we make is yours to repost on your own social, website, and delivery listings. Raw and unedited files aren't part of the standard Feature — email hello@findfavs.com if you'd like to discuss that separately.
Do you offer hosted or comped arrangements?
We occasionally partner with select businesses on a hosted basis. If you'd like to discuss alternative arrangements, reach out directly at hello@findfavs.com.
How do I pay?
After we confirm your application we'll send a payment link by email. We accept all major credit cards.
Is there a refund policy?
